Do you actually come to site, or is this remote support with a local postcode?
We come to site. On-premise work cannot be done any other way. Installation, network integration and staff handover are all in person, and visits are priced into the quote rather than added afterwards.

We already have an IT provider. Does that rule us out?
Not at all, and it usually helps. Most of what we install sits alongside existing IT support rather than replacing it, and we are happy to work with whoever holds your infrastructure contract.
Are you only interested in large companies?
No. A good deal of the work is independent retail, single-site hospitality and small professional firms. The systems scale down considerably better than most people expect.
How long does an on-premise installation take?
It depends entirely on what is being installed and what it has to connect to. We cannot give you a number without seeing the site, which is why the first step is a visit rather than a quotation.
Can we see something working before we commit to anything?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Ask, and we will arrange for you to see a comparable system running in a real business.
