No. The retainer is completely optional. Once the system is built and installed it runs without us. The retainer exists if you want ongoing support, new automations or strategy reviews.

On Lite and Pro, data sits on our UK servers with encryption at rest and in transit. On Local, everything is installed on your hardware and we never see your data at all.
