Do I have to pay the retainer every month?

No. The retainer is completely optional. Once built and installed, your system runs without us. The retainer is there if you want ongoing support, new automations, or strategy reviews.

What happens if I stop the retainer?

Nothing happens to your AI — it keeps running exactly as it was. You just lose access to our ongoing support. You can restart at any time with no penalty.

Is my data safe on your server?

For Lite and Pro plans, data is hosted on our secure UK servers with encryption at rest and in transit. For maximum security, the Local plan installs everything on your hardware — we never see your data.

How long does setup take?

Typically 2–4 weeks for Lite and Pro. Enterprise Local installations depend on complexity and usually take 4–8 weeks including staff training.

Can I upgrade from Lite to Pro?

Yes. Pay the difference in setup fees and we migrate your existing automations and data. Nothing starts from scratch.
