Setup and deployment
New Macs, iPads and iPhones configured before they reach the desk: accounts, email, Wi-Fi, security settings and the apps each role needs. Devices bought through Apple Business Manager can enrol automatically the first time they are switched on.
Device management
Every device enrolled in a mobile device management (MDM) platform, so security policies, FileVault encryption, software updates and app installs are handled centrally. A lost or stolen device can be locked or wiped remotely.
Apple Business Manager
We set up and run Apple Business Manager for you: Managed Apple Accounts for staff, automated enrolment and app licences that belong to the business, not to an individual employee.
iPad point of sale
iPad-based tills and ordering for retail and hospitality, installed, locked down to the apps the counter needs and supported alongside the rest of your point of sale system.
On-premise AI on Apple silicon
Our private Phantom AI systems run on Mac mini and Mac Studio. Apple silicon runs large language models efficiently and quietly on hardware that sits in your office, so your data never leaves the building.
Level 1 support
One number to call when something goes wrong. We handle day-to-day issues remotely or on site, and manage warranty and hardware repairs with Apple on your behalf.
We run our own AI on Mac.
Our team works on Mac, and our on-premise AI systems run on Mac mini and Mac Studio. We use the same hardware and tools we recommend to clients, so we already know how they behave.
Apple silicon’s unified memory lets a small desktop machine run models that would otherwise need a noisy rack server.
The machine sits in your building. Documents and conversations are processed locally and never sent to a cloud AI provider.
Your AI server is enrolled and patched like every other Mac you own, not left as a special case.

Audit
We record every Mac, iPad and iPhone you have, who uses it, how it was bought and how it is currently secured. Most small businesses find devices nobody is managing.
Plan
A written plan covering Apple Business Manager, the MDM platform that fits your size and budget, security policies and a rollout order that does not interrupt trading.
Deploy
Devices are enrolled and configured, staff are moved onto Managed Apple Accounts and everyone gets a short walkthrough on their own device.
Support
Ongoing Level 1 support, updates and new-starter and leaver setups, on a monthly plan or as needed.
What businesses ask about Apple support
We already own our Macs and iPads. Can you manage them?
Yes. Devices bought through Apple or an authorised reseller can be assigned to your Apple Business Manager account. Devices bought elsewhere can usually be added with Apple Configurator. We check each one during the audit.
Do we need Apple Business Manager?
For more than a handful of devices, yes. It is free from Apple, and it means devices, accounts and app licences belong to the business rather than to whoever set them up. We set it up and manage it for you.
Which device management platform do you use?
It depends on the number of devices and what you need them to do. We recommend one in the plan and explain why, rather than putting every client on the same product.
We use both Mac and Windows. Is that a problem?
No. Most of our clients have a mix. We have supported Microsoft environments for years and manage both side by side, including shared printers, file storage and email.
Can you repair Apple hardware?
We diagnose the fault and deal with Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider for you, including warranty and AppleCare claims, so hardware repairs are done properly and your warranty is protected.
Do you come on site?
Yes, across the West Midlands and Staffordshire as standard. Day-to-day support is mostly handled remotely, which is usually faster.
